SHENGHE Carbon Fiber Fiberglass TPU Laminated Fabric is made by combining separate layers of carbon fiber and fiberglass hybrid fabric with TPU film.

Carbon Fiber Fabric Layer adds strength and stiffness while keeping weight low.Fiberglass Fabric Layer Provides additional reinforcement.TPU Film Layer Forms the outer surface of the laminate. Film thickness can be selected based on the required flexibility, surface feel and application.

Our TPU laminated carbon fiber fabric can be supplied according to your required construction. TPU is our main film option. PVC, PVF, PVDF and PTFE films are also available for projects requiring different surface properties.

Tell us whether the part needs to bend, hold its shape, resist surface wear or bond to another material. This helps narrow down the fabric and film construction.

2. What Finished Weight and Thickness Do You Need?

The weight of TPU laminated carbon fiber fabric includes the fabric layers, film and bonding materials. For bonding or forming operations, share the process temperature, pressure and any adhesive system being used. This helps determine whether a proposed material is worth sampling.

3. Is TPU the Right Film?

TPU is the main film option, but it is not the right choice for every operating environment. If your product will be exposed to chemicals, outdoor weathering or temperatures outside the intended TPU grade s range, tell us before ordering. We can review other available film options.
